Returns and withdrawal
Fourteen days to change your mind
You have fourteen calendar days to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason and without penalty.
The period runs from the day on which you - or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier - take physical possession of the last item in the order.
How to tell us
Write to us at [email protected] before the period expires, giving your order number and the items concerned. A clear statement is enough; you may also use the model form reproduced below, but nothing obliges you to.
We acknowledge receipt of your request without delay.
Sending the items back
Send the items back at the latest fourteen days after informing us, to the following address:

The cost of return is yours to bear, unless the item is defective or does not match your order - in which case we cover it in full.
You may handle the item as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Refund
We reimburse you within fourteen days of receiving your statement, using the same means of payment as the order, at no cost to you.
The refund covers the price of the items and the standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard offer, the difference remains yours to bear.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the items, or until you have supplied proof of dispatch, whichever of the two comes first.
Where the right of withdrawal does not apply
The law provides for exceptions (Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). These include in particular:
- goods made to measure or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery;
- goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Where an exception applies, it is stated on the product page.
A damaged item, or a mistake on our part
That falls under the legal guarantee of conformity, which is separate from the right of withdrawal and runs for two years. Write to us at [email protected] with your order number and a photograph: the repair, replacement or refund is at our expense, return postage included.
