Terms and conditions of sale
1. Scope
These terms govern every order placed on https://rozzani.com. They are accepted at the time of the order and prevail over any other conditions. They are addressed to consumers within the meaning of Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

3. The products
The products are described and photographed with the greatest care. The photographs are indicative: a difference of shade on screen, or a variation particular to a natural material, is not a lack of conformity.
The offer holds while stocks last. Some items are offered on a waiting list: no order is then concluded and no payment is asked for; joining simply tells you when the piece returns.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, with Belgian VAT of 21 %. They are exclusive of delivery costs, which are calculated and displayed before the order is finally confirmed.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. A later change has no effect on orders already confirmed.
5. Ordering
An order proceeds in four steps: choosing the items, entering your details and delivery address, choosing the means of payment, then confirming. Before you confirm, you are given a full summary and can correct any entry error.
The contract is concluded on receipt of payment. A confirmation email setting out the detail of the order is sent to you; keep it.
A customer account is not required: an order may be placed as a guest.
6. Payment
The means of payment accepted are: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard. Payments are processed by our provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which is the sole recipient of card data: it does not pass through our servers and is never stored there.
The items remain our property until the price has been paid in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg. Delivery is free on purchases from 45 €.
Unless a different period was agreed at the time of the order, items are delivered at the latest 30 days after the contract is concluded, in accordance with Article VI.43 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. If we are late, you may grant us a reasonable additional period; if that is not met, you may terminate the order and be reimbursed without delay.

8. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty. The arrangements, the legal exceptions and the model form are on the Returns and withdrawal page.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
Every item carries the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. A defect appearing within two years is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proved otherwise.
In the event of a defect, you may ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced and, if that is impossible or is done too late, for a reduction in price or the rescission of the sale. This guarantee is free of charge and is in addition to the right of withdrawal, not a substitute for it. Write to us at [email protected], attaching a photograph of the defect and your order number.
10. Liability
We cannot be held liable for non-performance due to force majeure, to the act of a third party, or to use of the product other than as intended. Nothing in these terms limits legal liability in the event of fraud, gross negligence, or harm to life or physical integrity.

12. Complaints, mediation and applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to more favourable mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence. The courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the court of their domicile.
